02 Selected Work
Most of the work happened in private production systems. These are short summaries of the decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes.
Drove an incremental migration inside a large enterprise Vue codebase using Vue 2.7 compatibility mode and feature-by-feature upgrades — the team kept shipping roadmap features throughout, converging on a clean Vue 3 + Composition API surface over several quarters.
Led migration of core modules (including the Subscription Sync flow) from a monolithic frontend into independently deployable micro-frontends, built around Module Federation with clear shared contracts and runtime versioning.
Built static marketing sites in Astro with headless-CMS integrations. Non-technical teams gained a true editorial workflow while published sites kept strong Core Web Vitals and SEO versus traditional CMS platforms.
